Screening call, Zoom interview with call committee, then 3 in-persons: first with call committee, second with call comm, church council, and key staff, third in open-forum setting with congregation members the day before the Sunday morning vote to call. Very well-organized, technologically supported, and highly personable. I'm so glad I accepted-- the commitment to make progress has continued unabated.
