- a practical home task
- a final interview with 2 people from the Messente Leadership Team.
They answered after each step within 1-2 days. But it took more than 2 weeks for them to reply (because of the number of candidates) after the interview. The process took 3 weeks. Pleasant and open-minded people.

Interview
Three part process: initial video/phone interview, practical task (composing texts/answering questions) and final in-person interview. Whole process took around 3 weeks and both interviews were with the CEO, as it is a rather small company.
