Interview
Received an email from the hiring manager and was asked to come in for an interview. When I arrived, the hiring manager wasn't in the office that day and I met with the owners of the company instead. It was an easy, laid back interview. One seemed interested and the other was more concerned about salary, in which I threw a ball park out there and mentioned that since they offered paid health insurance I would be willing to take less money (as that is a great benefit). I was told I would have to have a second interview with the hiring manager and was not contacted again. I sent an email to them and the hiring manager without response. It has been almost two months without word so I am pretty sure I did not get the position.

Interview
One phone interview, one interview with Management and Owners. Interview was pretty brief, it seems like the company had already done it's research on me and didn't ask a lot of questions about my resume. I was contacted with a day or two after to interview to get an offer. I knew exactly what to expect the first day and nothing about the company was misrepresented.
