Meridian Fund Services interview questions

I was recommended by a friend for the position. The company paid for my train ticket to come up and interview. I met with 5 different people who asked me about myself and told me about the details of the job. The interview was more to make sure that I would fit in well with the staff and was willing to move to New York. My resume and my friend's recommendation seemed to be sufficient proof that I was capable of performing the job responsibilities.
