Question 1
About my myself, my experience.
Would I want to change anything.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MercyAscot (Auckland, Auckland) in May 2021
Interview
One stage interview in front of a panel of two. Very straight forward questions but a bizarre and perhaps over-zealous encouragement of this being very relaxed and casual.
I gave a great interview but was unsuccessful. Being told "I had made it very difficult for them" and "I was just pipped by someone else" and "I was their backup plan!"
The role was easily within my capacity but felt their mind was already made up. I liked the role, and MercyAscot. Very mixed feelings about my interviewers however..
And I was their backup plan? thanks but no thanks for wasting my time...

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MercyAscot (Auckland, Auckland) in Jun 2015
Interview
I submitted my application online into their hospital page, a couple of weeks later, I got a phone call asking for my availability for interview. I confirmed and a date was set for the interview. Since I was away from Auckland, they agreed to conduct the interview by phone. The phone interview went well and I was slated for physical interview at the hospital site after another couple of weeks.
