I was interviewed be 5 members of the interactive development department for enrolling in flexible benefits. They were very interested in my previous applications at Williams electronics and Bally Midway
I took my interview during the pandemic. I had 4 rounds of interviews virtually. The questions were straightforward and not difficult at all.The process has changed where it is now in-person.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for Mercer.
It is a four step interview process with a range of consultants of different tenure. The process is relatively average with a little slower turnaround time from recruiter. Heavy focus on behavioral questions with some questions on technical competence.

Long process and long wait times. Interview had 2-3 rounds with a test. But the people were great and easy going. Overall positive outlook about the company. The written test was an excel work with a few easy questions
