I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
I'm glad I found out that this is an unprofessional company before I made the mistake of working with them! They invited me for a second round interview but cancelled my eligibility due to rescheduling on their end.
I am sorry to hear that you had a poor experience during the interview process. We do strive to provide every candidate with a positive experience and a true reflection of our company culture. We would certainly be open to hearing direct and specific feedback from you. Please contact your recruiter.
Other Actuarial Analyst interview reviews for Mercer
Very poorly, was contacted via LinkedIn (I didn't initially applied). The interviewer missed the first scheduled call and only wrote back after 5 days. Second scheduled interview was fine. Promised to give me feedback about salary range and send me further recruitment tests. Never got any feedback, seems very unorganized
