Interview
Normally would not write but this experience was particular. For the soon to be consultant, this is a highly specific role without many exit opps. Two round process. One on campus, one on site. On campus is market sizing. On site you meet with the entire team. It's all about fit. Cases are mini cases on site. Not like mgmt consulting interviews. It is clear they keep a huge value on fit as most of them are UT grads who interned or started out of college. Think about that. Think about the culture. Took them over 3 weeks to get back to me after 2nd round.
