It was Hirevue and was not that ideal. The questions were no bad, but highly recommended following the STAR story guideline. Definitely prepare for why Mercer and why consultant. Also asked about teamwork and team experience.
The screening was an online platform that asked questions and had you record yourself. The formal interview was an a half interview split into 30 minute behavioral interviews with different people.
