3 round of interview process which comprises of Aptitude test, face to face interview with Manager or heads and Salary negotiation round with HR Manager. Candidate must acquire a good knowledge on Financial Markets and Investment Banking. Preferably MBA in Finance or CFA on academic qualification. Its focused more on Sell Side of services provided by Investment Banking.
