Very straightforward two-stage interview. 45 minute remote interview with a member of the talent team + one senior BA. Followed by an in-person interview with another member of the talent team, another BA and the CXO

Given a technical test to do and asked to upload my work to GitHub for review.
They did not look at my work. GitHub showed no traffic to the repo and no clones. Yet my application was rejected because they claimed that my test had dependencies (they didn't) and my work ran headed (it ran headless)
