Initial phone screen, then on site interview.
Interview consists of small introduction along with telling your previous experience, and then rather simple question LeetCode style, on a printed sheet of paper.
You get 1 hour to solve it, but has lot’s of “noise” (specific printing style, specific constraints and inputs). No internet or code assistants allowed.
It felt like I was tested mostly on my Python hardcoding skills (2D arrays and file inputs) and not the algorithmic thinking.
