Applied online. Received an email from owner indicating that part of the process is to sign up and use his app. I believe this is a ploy to get people to sign up for his app and he has not intention of hiring anyone. Not sure if asking candidates to submit photos of themselves throughout the decades is legal and the very least seems unethical.
