Meisterlabs interview questions

The interview process consisted of 5 steps: - HR/CTO interview - Engineering Manager - Async Coding Challenge, which you'll get after the previous Interview - Coding Challenge Review - Product Interview

First interview with the recruiter. Second, I met director of engineering. These were mostly behavioral with some tech talk in the sidelines. Third interview was with 2 of my future teammates, and it was a technical one. I then met with engineering manager as they required additional input. Last call was where we exchanged feedback about the whole process, and they extended an offer. Everything went smoothly. People know what they are doing, they are positive, and they give valuable feedback. Application to offer took a little over a month, with about one interview per week. There were small deviations from the process mentioned in the website, but generally process was well documented.
