Interactive and skill based. was more of a casual type rather than core professional attitude. Overall it was a great experience with a few lifestyle questions involved which was great to answer.
We had to submit a presentation beforehand about our understanding of the SOP of insurance claim procedure. We had to present that first and then there were questions about everything else.
