The position was in Technology & Digital Division.
Two Technical Rounds
Three behavioral rounds
All rounds were great except the last round i.e. The BOSS Round. All of them were smart and humble except the last round.
Technical questions related to your technology in the technical round. It was good.
But in behavioral rounds they expect you to be open to work any technology that they ask. I was asked to work on JAVA when I am an Python Developer which I said no to that, leads to my rejection. JD's are also not properly formed.
I felt that the top leadership of Technology & Digital tried to BOSS me and want me to act like Bootlicker and do what they asked me to do without asking any questions. I guess this happens when Incompetent and arrogant people get the BOSS position.
I expected more from McKinsey & Company.

I applied for Full stack role : They have the coding round on HR, in which a backend application was asked to develop and a movie booking app was asked to build in a limited time. If I would had some more time would have been possible to run many test cases.
