Interview
Tres etapas principales: primero envías tu solicitud y, si eres preseleccionado, realizas el Problem Solving Game (Solve Assessment), una prueba en línea que evalúa tu razonamiento lógico y toma de decisiones. Si avanzas, son dos entrevistas: case interview (donde resuelves un problema de negocio real mostrando estructura, análisis y síntesis) + Personal Experience Interview (PEI) (donde relatas experiencias pasadas de liderazgo o impacto).

he was nice and understanding just be well prepared. he showed graphs and it was a bit tricky and needed a lot of concentration.

phone screening then two rounds, PEI and Cold Case. The PEI isn’t bad the Cases I could never get. but everyone was very friendly and they do provide resources to help you prep such as zoom sessions and their are books to practice.
