Had interviews with two Engagement Managers and three Partners, focusing on the McKinsey values and cases. Half of the interview was dedicated to personal stories (the interviewers dove deep into the details) aligning with McKinsey values and the rest was dedicated to the case.

Give me an example where you had to change the mind of your managers and how did you achieve it?
Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
First you get an HR Round, then 2 back to back interviews then 3 interviews. The overall process took around 2-3 weeks, it was not very difficult very fast turnaround

Positive experience until the super day. The scheduling was quite long and they gave me a month's gap between my previous round and my final round. But overall everyone speaks eloquently and thinks logically. My interactions with senior partners are also very positive; they ask insightful, probing questions and were encouraging throughout the interview. I thought I smashed it, but one of the partners called me the other day and rejected me.
