I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (Birmingham, AL) in Nov 2022
Interview
I did a phone interview and it was rather simple. They just ask a few questions related to the position you applied for and they communicate a lot with you through the process of waiting for offer letter.

Question 1
Depends on the position you apply for but for me they asked about relevant work experience. How to handle certain workplace scenarios/problems. What machines can you operate.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at McKesson
Interview
Fairly quick and to the point. Done over the phone and then scheduled for orientation. Didn't seem to be a person from the actual work location. Just someone relaying information.
I applied online. I interviewed at McKesson (Montgomery, NY)
Interview
Very average and what you would expect. For roles with more responsibilities and status most likely would have more than one interview and more than likely there will be more than one interviewer
was done video chat through third party but may have changed since back when I hired in. Typical questions , What is your experience, what shift your looking for etc. But was an ok interview
