McKesson Interview Questions

Recruiter said they would provide more information regarding job, no further information was provided. Seemed to be more focused on filling the role then providing information about the role and expectations.

This was an initial phone screening by human resources staff. I was not seen as a good fit for the role based on my previous experience. They were looking for someone with a higher level of managerial experience.

Lots of delays getting interview set up. Eventually did over teams. Hiring manager talked about their background alot name dropping companies. I knew I didn’t want the job just based on my interview experience, I found it quite a negative experience. Also a long delay getting a decision even though I wasn’t offered.

Easy over the phone very straightforward and just basically asked you if you have ever done the job before Just relax and be yourself and you will get hired. Just make sure you have warehouse history.

Had 4 rounds of interviews and zero replies to any of my thank you emails. It seemed like a great opportunity but the recruiting and interview process could certainly be improved.

Met with the delivery manager, asked to introduce myself and explain why I would be a good fit for the job. A panel interview was scheduled a few days later.

The process was quick which i appreciated. Very direct as well. I was a little bummed as the offer process was dragged out pretty long and they ended up decided on a different candidate. I felt a bit led on.

Great interview the explain everything will and I was going to a get a second interview I’m waiting on McKesson to call me I’m so excited to work with McKesson and I love to help others and work with pharmaceutical companies.

Interviewers came across judgmental, interview started late, and they didn’t seem to be listening well…one of the interviewers were pleasant to speak with but the interview was the easiest of any I have had and I did not receive an offer.

No coding or leetcode or hackerrank type questions; only basic technical questions, theoretical questions and questions about your background with software engineering. One phone screen and two rounds of interviews before receiving an offer
