Phone interview (30 minute initial screen) with the Vice President. It was pleasant and they were forthcoming about the role expectations and thorough in their questioning. Did not make it to the 2nd round of interviews unfortunately, but the rejection email was prompt, personalized, and polite.

Telephone call followed by in person interview with a few main players a couple days later. Casual conversation with questions that were mainly surrounding how you juggle different tasks, work with different people, and adapt to new situations. Questions about flexibility and events.
