It was all online, there was no way to contact the actual store to change interview dates. It was a very hands off and generic process with central office as opposed to individual stores
Very supportive, questions were pretty easy and interviewer supported answers throughout, some questions asked were on past experience and skills, e.g. experience working as a member of a team, any experience working in customer facing roles

Interview
Was alright, but they sat me down in the mcdonalds where the customers were rather than an office in the back. This was quite annoying as there was no privacy and I couldnt concentrate due to the loud noises
