I have been working at McDonald's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Builds many skills, has employee discounts, good work atmosphere most of the time, prepares you for other work in the future, and has flexible schedules for the most part.

    Cons

Often times unnecessarily stressful work environment due to mal-organization on the floor plan, doesnt teach kitchen and cash simultaneously. (Its either one or the other) takes forever to move ahead in the company, and wage increase is next to nothing

    Advice to Management

Create a better organized environment where employees feel valued and not just like they're another number in the company.
