Fast and Easy, you apply and they call you can also do walk ins and most times someone will talk to you. Just go in and if you present yourself correctly they will get you scheduled for an interview.
The process was like a normal interview. I was asked questions about my experience even though I did not have any to talk about so we talked about classes I was taking and soft skills I had.

Interview
Phone interview that was simple mainly asked if i could be on time and work hard, interviewer was pretty easygoing, whole thing did not take a very long time, maybe five to ten minutes,
It was good. Talked about previous experience. Didn't get the job, unfortunately. Would recommend practicing fry cooking before going in. Overall good experience with unfortunate outcome but staff was very nice.
