Interview
Group interview. Interviewer organised some games while she did one on one interviews. The interview style was casual, and not as professional - likely to guage interviewee personalities. Simple, straightforward questions and discusses wage times and banking info afterwards if deemed to pass the interview
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
