It was difficult to talk with the manager, the role was well defined I think I was not well prepared. I would like to try again, I look forward to hearing back from them
It began with a simple phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I met with the GM and franchise owner. In total it was two interviews and the process took about two and one half weeks
The interview was not too bad, the interviewers mainly asked about my past jobe experience and the reasons i wanted to leave my current role, how would i deal with example situations between employees.
