My McDonald’s interview was welcoming and organized. The interviewer was polite, explained the role clearly, and focused on customer service, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
It began with a simple phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I met with the GM and franchise owner. In total it was two interviews and the process took about two and one half weeks
The interview was not too bad, the interviewers mainly asked about my past jobe experience and the reasons i wanted to leave my current role, how would i deal with example situations between employees.
