This was a 6 week process of people making up info as they went along. I took two personality tests and they acted like everything they needed to know about me were in those results. Every interview was an hour long, and could have easily been 30 minutes (they just love talking in circles). After I did get hired I saw my name in the shared company calendar. On the event were notes about how they didn’t like my interview and were not going to hire me. Completely unprofessional and I guess I was always fighting an uphill battle if they were never going to keep me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are you writing down on your notepad?
(Literally was a 5 minute discussion about my notes and if they were good enough)
Expect all the questions to be meaningless and found via AI from a few members of the team.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional. After an initial virtual town hall meeting and a long questionnaire, I was invited to the office for a tour and an interview. They asked me no questions and only evaluated me based on the questions I asked them.
I later heard from them that they liked me, and they invited me to do a personality test online. So, I did it. Then, I was invited to the office for another interview. In the request, they said they really loved meeting me and were grateful for the opportunity to interview me.
However, two days before my final interview, they had a recruiter call me to cancel the interview. They said it was because I expressed interest in potentially going to law school in the future. They said that they are no longer interested in hiring candidates who want to go to law school. I get that they're concerned about longevity, but in the initial questionnaire I filled out, I clearly indicated to them that I am willing to commit to the 2-3 year requirement they were looking for. However, they said they just didn't believe me and would be cancelling my interview.
I think it's ridiculous and unprofessional to tell a candidate you don't believe them when it comes to their longevity timeframe. I clearly indicated I'm looking for work for the next 2-3 years. And it's also absurd to want to hire a legal assistant who doesn't think they'd ever go to law school. If you are actually interested in working in the legal industry, don't waste your time applying here. They don't want you.
If they were rejecting me for some other reason, that's fine. But then don't make up excuses that make no sense. Just tell me straightforward and don't schedule a final interview with me just to cancel it without giving me a chance to talk to you face to face about my options. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McCullough Law (Provo, UT) in Sep 2022
Interview
This was a formal interview where I was interviewed by a hiring committee of 3 individuals. Prior to the interview I was asked to provide them with my resume and a cover letter.
