McCormick Law Firm interview questions

Applied online and received a prompt response asking for availability to come in to interview. Pretty straightforward overall. It did seem like they were trying to convince me to work for them. They liked that I had questions prepared for end of interview. They let you know that they really want to maintain a good work-life balance so no overtime unless you really need it.

Over all easy. They described the job and explained there was much room for growth at the firm. It felt more like they were trying to convince me to work for them rather than I convince them to hire me.
