Pretty simple and straight to the point. They showed me an electrical print i pointed out what I saw and then got the job. I walked through the shop meeting everyone and seeing the different machines and that was that.

Interview
They called me to go on an interview on a day's notice and asked me three questions really specific including a formula. Then walked me through the building, this was the less prepared interview I've had and it was really uncomfortable. They asked me if I could work 45 hours a week, red flags everywhere.
