Positive, only technical part was schematics. Other questions were general asking about comfortability with work environment. Parking lot was full. Get there early in case you have a problem finding a spot.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Maverick Power (Plano, TX)
Interview
Interview was fairly simple, asked about safety and quality concerns. Was online and only did one interview, got the opportunity to meet two plant managers who were very friendly. It was allotted for an hour but took about 40 minutes, they were very transparent about being a small company and wanting to grow and get new operations in place
