Matellio interview questions

It took 1 week to schedule the first round of the interview and it was scheduled with VP of the company. The interview level was average but what surprised me that interviewer started by statements to judge that why I am making switch for money and not role, without even knowing the skills and past role I had done. With this experience, I got an idea that why there is negative feedback coming about Matellio in the market for worse work life balance and politics between Jaipur and Jodhpur offices.
