The interview process was easy to navigate. I met with Marvin's recruiter, Collin, virtually. Collin was knowledgeable about the company and the position. He was able to provide me with good information that helped me make a decision about whether Marvin might be a good fit for me. After deciding yes, he arranged for an interview. This was near the start of Marvin, so I met directly with the CMO and CEO. For therapists, this process, I believe, has changed to meeting with the clinical director and her team for the interview. Regardless of who your interview is with, you will know immediately that they are kind, professional, and highly skilled.
