Interview
Applied and received an invitation to interview a couple days later through HireVue. It's a one-way interview. A week later I was told I will have a second virtual interview with 3 people that would last 45 minutes. They gave me a whole packet to study which I spent all day studying before my interview. It's weird how much they want you to focus learning their Five Principles and then asked nothing about it. It's also a very serious interview and they grill you. If they don't like your answer, they keep asking more to try to find a suitable answer. The one thing that I didn't like is that I have no idea who listened to my first interview, so I was trying not to repeat myself.... which of course, made me give a worst interview the second time around because my first answers were really good. It was nice that the recruiter called me to personally tell me I was rejected, which I already knew halfway through the interview. But it was a nice gesture.

They use HireVue, all video interviews are terrible. Never went to next round. Another time only interviewed with HR, and never moved forward despite having direct experience. Seemed quite disconnected. And there’s so few roles available not sure how anyone gets hired there.
Easy and to the point they ask general questions that are to the point like how you see yourself in the future and what makes a good leader and we all know the answers to theses right now
