Relatively easy- few calls with manager
Nice people and teams
Company is family owned and they like to treat employees well
They take work seriously and you can sometimes reach burn out with deadlines for team

Question 1
Are you willing to put in extra hours when needed to meet deadlines?
They use HireVue, all video interviews are terrible. Never went to next round. Another time only interviewed with HR, and never moved forward despite having direct experience. Seemed quite disconnected. And there’s so few roles available not sure how anyone gets hired there.
Easy and to the point they ask general questions that are to the point like how you see yourself in the future and what makes a good leader and we all know the answers to theses right now

In-house recruiter, screening followed by Competence based one our teams interview with two members of staff an interview date suggested via a choice of two time slots shared and interview conducted within the one hour timeline
