It is good process to filter out the candidates. In first round they assigned the task to 1st level filtration of candidates, then second round is technical interview It is good to analyze the candidate knowledge after that HR round with healthy conversation. I felt this is good.

In the interview they asked about ourselves first and they checked your logical thinking along with problem solving capacity and they asked technical questions based on what we did in the coaching.
