Interview, then they send you out to the floor for 10 minutes and you have to remember as much things as possible wrong with the store like trip hazards. You then say how you could improve or what you would do to prevent it from happening.

I applied online and got the call the very next day. Then the interview was online video call as well. The manager was kinda serious but overcall the interview was organized and efficient. And i was offered the position right after all the questions.

The interview was in person and they asked a serious of questions relating to retail and customer service. The team were incredibly friendly, which gave an insight into the working culture of the company.
