Takes just about 15 minutes. First the manager described the roster pattern and job duties, then ask about my past experience and availabilty. They didn't ask for the 3 observe things mentioned in the email
Had a 5 minute chat about my experience and availability. Was told I would likely get offered the job within the week, but never heard back and it has been a few weeks.

Very relaxed interview and made to feel at ease. The questions were very straightforward and easy to answer. At first you are asked to list 3 things in store that could be improved and after a few questions they bring you out to complete a practical task on the shop floor.
