Interview
3 rounds: HR screen, Pair programming & behavioural panel with senior engineers. Pair programming was with a staff engineer, behavioural was with Engineering Managers in the same product group. Behavioural was the most interesting as they all had varying backgrounds and valued my non-traditional background
