Took online test which took about 30 minutes. Questions were based on customer service and how you would deal with difficult situations. Passed this assessment and then received an email to select which interview slots were available. Role play was based on a customer wanting a 2 setter sofa which had been discontinued and there was only one available in the window which you are not allowed to sell. Once the role play is over they give you a feedback form which they ask you to complete. How do you think it went? What did you do well? What didn't go well? What would you do differently? Make sure you fill this in well as you can pick up extra points if you missed something out in the role play, for example I forgot to mention searching online but remembered to include this on the feedback form.
