- it was short and brief
- she only asked me when i was back from uni and then it was straight into role play
- fairly straightforward and you're given time to prepare
- make sure you look at the deals they have presented you with and try to sell the customer more than what they came in for

my roleplay was about butternut squash that was out of stock and what should they do about it, especially as there friend was a vegetarian
A short interview included selling a quiche and answering questions about customer service. It was conducted for around 20 minutes and the interviewer was friendly. I got the call the following day.
