Got approached via linkedin by this HR based in the UK, first the person was friendly and we scheduled a call for this date, an hour before the call the person ask to reschedule and did so to the next day very early in the morning because it was when I had availability. In the next morning the person disappeared, ghosted me but kept posting on linkedin. It was extremely upsetting and disrespectful, since I’ve wasted time and resources to allocate a conversation with this person and company I never heard of, and I was not even applying for the position… after reading the reviews here, it seems to be a big problem with this company’s values.

I received a message from a recruitment agency saying that they would like to interview me. I spoke to 2 additional people before they told me that they stopped looking for the position.
