I applied through other source. I interviewed at Mantel (Melbourne) in Sep 2024
Interview
Their recruiter team must feel like the profile. Many hard workers and talented people I've known never have a chance to get a response, but I did not because of my resume. Then, a simple coding challenge, they didn't review the code strictly and didn't find my mistake, and I'm not proud of myself. After that, a gap with their so-called technical team. Two interviewers who are below average, and they just ask junior-level questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you know? Have you worked on? Talk about technologies never used in Australia and will not be used in future. They don't ask about what is in your resume, because they are not very deep and serious people. They are afraid of asking intermediate-level questions that are difficult for them. They are very interested in things that are not important at all, like the last line of my resume in the footer section, but nothing from my achievements. They don't ask leadership questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mantel in Dec 2023
Interview
The first round was a coding challenge, and the second round was an informal chat that wasn't similar to usual interviews. It doesn't have a format and most of it was to talk about general topics in Software engineering.
I didn't get any feedback after the interview so I'm not sure what they were looking for. After the interview, I contacted the talent accusations by email and phone with no response. Even they didn't ask for feedback or a post-recruitment survey.
What I can say the main issue in the recruitment process is the lack of communication.

Question 1
1- Coding challenge
2- Explain your code

Interview process was smooth, easy and quick. They were prompt with moving through the stages and sending out the offer and the communication from the hiring team was always clear and direct.
