Interview
Knowledge of all steel members will be beneficial, Bolt design and RCC Detailing is necessary.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, Staad Pro and SAFE Software's will be beneficial.
Idea About Estimation will be good.
They call you if selected and also send a mail. There is no formal interview, if they like you they'll directly ask you to join. If accepted, they send a confirmation mail.
