I had spoke on the phone with Tim (CEO) a couple of times before coming in for an interview. The interview itself was a pleasant experience, very low pressure. Tim did a very nice job of making it feel like a normal conversation

I submitted my resume online, and then received a call to come in for an interview. When I arrived, two managers interviewed me. Honestly, it was un-like any interview I've ever had before. They obviously went through routine questions about my resume and what I would bring to the table. However, when they described the vision for Magnitech's future I was sold!! I felt the interview was low pressure, and a lot of fun!
