Interview
Very strange - the owner did most of the talking, and said more than once that they would extend me an offer. He also claimed to have called my former employer - who was NOT on me references page - and said he received a glowing review. They also wanted me to come in and do some work to show what I could do, and would pay me for my time - without ever saying how much they would pay me.

The owner seemed like he was more interested to learn how other companies are doing things rather than my qualifications. Start up company that is still trying to figure things out.
