The interview was a laid back chat with a partner and a HR representative about my experience and what they do. Neither of them seemed to be in the know about what current market rate salary is and the ball park figures provided were way below market averages published in annual salary reports by major legal recruitment agencies.

Human resource manager is very friendly, he want to find out more about my background and think I will suit another team rather than the team I am applying .
