Super fast, actually too fast. They've been pushy and tried to make my decision very fast.
The contract presented had multiple fines and there was no option for contract of employment (they requried being on-side 100%)

The recruiter was very friendly; however they only do outsourcing. It is not known whether anyone actually works for this company – or maybe only the recruiters themselves. The first conversation with the recruiter takes place before contact with the client. Bit of a waste of time.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Madiff (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Feb 2021
Interview
I spoke to an outsourcing agency first who then introduced me to Madiff, the position was originally for this first place I spoke to but they had a client looking for someone who matched the profile as well. I spoke then with a Business Manager who was very kind and we got along great, he then introduced me to the CEO of the company who was also quite fun. We spoke and it went well, nothing too technical, more based on my previous work experience and what I'd like to do in the future.
