Personally didn't experience an in-person interview. Online application included submission of voice memos with answers to situation questions, which I assume waived the in-person interview.
I received a call back within the following week.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
