Interview
Arrived to the interview 30 minutes early. Since the other person scheduled to interview was not there the manager of the women's shoe interviewed me early. Started off with the question "Tell me about yourself" and then she went through my availability. And then she asked "Why Macy's" To make a long story short went to the interview did great just for the manager to tell me they had for filled the position already. So waste of my time!!!!!

Sat down with manager, was asked 4 questions from a sheet. She asked a little about myself as well. The entire interview was quite easy and in a relaxed atmosphere. She told me the positions that were available, but I decided to go with women's shoes since it was the only commissioned area she proposed. After the interview I was told I was hired.

Interview
Basically if you answer the questions on the online application like you're a super go getter and are super assertive than you will get an opportunity to get an interview. They just asked questions about your previous jobs and about yourself. I'm pretty sure they determine if they want to hire you even before you come in. They really just ask you questions to make sure that you are a normal person and are somewhat like how you answered the online questions. Like I said, a go getter!
